Who are we?

The partners in The Fillmore Law Firm are brothers, Dusty and Chad Fillmore.

They are the third of four generations of Fillmore lawyers in Texas. They have been practicing law together since they completed their respective federal court clerkships following law school. Together, they have a combined 50-plus years of experience helping people with significant legal matters. The matters they handle typically involve serious injuries, harms, disputes, and risks.

Dusty and Chad are innovative and creative lawyers who work hard, think strategically and aim for excellence for all of their clients. Dusty and Chad are committed to putting the client's interests first—to actually helping the client and rendering a service that truly does help the client.

As Dusty explains, “My brother and I help people, both individuals and businesses. We provide carefully researched legal counsel and effective and determined court representation.
